I have been going to Dr. Castillo for two years on my 1-2 trips to PVR each year. The clinic/spa is two-fold - spa & clinic. Extremely professional, clean and peaceful. He and all staff are kind and extremely generous. Do not be in a rush. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST and will TAKE ALL THE TIME he needs to ensure you look exactly the way you want (of course, as medically possible and within reason). He WILL NOT inject, move product around with his fingers, send you away in 10 minutes and charge you thousands. He is METICULOUS and will check, double check and do what is needed to ensure your face is even and NOT OVERLY “done.” I now ask him what I need and trust him to choose and do it! Make the time for a follow-up visit. Be ready to be spoiled. I want to bring him to Chicago so all of my friends can have ahhhmazing treatments and results!

Office is very professional, patient areas ultra clean, transparent throughout the whole process, I followed his recommendations with extremely good results.

Doctor Castillo went above my expectations. I had never had botox done outside of the US and he did a better job than my home clinic! Not to mention, the price is MUCH more reasonable than US prices. You can tell he is quite knowledgeable and has years of experience. He speaks fluently in English. He made sure to answer all questions prior to my appointment, and I was able to easily get in touch with him afterwards for a follow-up question. The injections were much less painful than I've experienced before, and he even put on a cooling mask and sunscreen afterwards. The service is top-notch and I would highly recommend this clinic. I am so pleased with my results and will be back when I return to PV.

The service and outcome from Dr. Castillo and his team exceeded my expectations. Basically a spa meets professional medical clinic. Dr. Castillo talked through the treatment, outcomes, and pricing upfront. Once he was done, they even covered my face in sunscreen before leaving. This was the best and most effective Botox treatment I’ve ever had. I will be back next time I’m in PV!

I was in town on vacation for a few weeks and decided to try a local doctor for Botox injections. I was a bit anxious at first as I’d never had any medical treatment out of the country. But when I entered Dr. Castillo’s office all of my worries were put to rest. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and I was greated with a friendly smile as I walked in. Dr. Castillo and staff provided the most amazing and professional service. He had great bedside manner and did an excellent and honest consultation, only providing what I needed to achieve optimal results. Before we got started with the injections, Dr. Castillo gently massaged and thoroughly cleaned my face. I felt as if I was getting a mini facial. Upon injecting, he was gentle and quick, causing very minimal pain. A week later, and I absolutely LOVE my results! So natural and all of my problem spots were addressed with satisfaction. I must say this was the best Botox job I ever had and at less than half of what I pay in the United States. I frequently visit Puerto Vallarta and now I’ll make sure to see Dr. Castillo during my trips for my cosmetic needs!

Everything about my experience with Dr. Castillo was completely beyond my expectations. From him selflessly fitting me in last minute on his day off, to his attention to detail, professionalism, patience and simply the way he took his time to listen, assess and execute seamlessly. I had a poor under eye filler job done in Toronto, Canada and he helped fix my insecurity. I was skeptical at the beginning, coming to Mexico and having something like this done but my experience with this clinic blew Toronto injectors out of the water. I will be back soon!
